EU Special Representative for South Caucasus and Central Asia Peter Semneby plans to visit Azerbaijan Feb.23-25, EU office in Baku told Trend .
During the visit, Semneby will hold meetings with the Azerbaijani officials, representatives of the nongovernmental organizations and political circles.
The meetings will focus on the issues of cooperation between Azerbaijan and the EU and the situation around Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
