An individual who sneaked drug to the Sentence Serving Institution was arrested.
As a result of search operations held May 1 at 15:50, about 9.5 gram of drug was found and seized in the parcel of Rahim Aliyev, the relative of Mushfig Abbasguliyev, who serves sentence in Sentence Serving Institution 1, Public Relations Department of the Penitentiary Service of Department Ministry of Justice told Trend today.
Drug was hid in potato.
Abbasguliyev was sentenced to 9 years imprisonment under Article 181.2.5 (robbery by using arm) of the Criminal Code.
The case is under investigation.
