The Georgian Central Electoral Commission has met most of the recommendations made by international organizations, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby said to journalists after the meeting with CEC head Zurab Kharatishvili.
According to the EU official, he studied the reforms at the CEC at the meeting and expressed hope to continue these reforms.
"We both expressed hope for that the CEC will do its utmost to hold the elections well and transparently," Kharatishvili said.
