The Ukrainian PR company buys Imedi TV Company. The Ukrainian company which is actively cooperating with the Ukrainian new government, has already negotiated with the Georgian side, the sources told Trend.
According to the source, Ukrainian channel "1 +1" information department head Oksana Zinovieva will become director general of TV company.
TV Company "Imedi" has become popular by billionaire Badri Patarkatsishvili, when it was in opposition to the current authorities. Its journalists often brought trouble to the authorities, conducting impartial investigations.
