Political scientist: Turkey-Azerbaijan ties must be coordinated
Azerbaijan, Baku, June 4 / Trend M.Aliyev /
Political Innovations and Technologies Center head Mubariz Ahmadoglu said that heated tensions will result from Turkey and Azerbaijan not coordinating their bilateral relations.
He said the process of coordination should proceed seriously.
"A scientific, informational and political basis should be prepared, and organizational structures should also be established," Ahmadoglu said.
He added that Turkey pursues a "dumb diplomacy" toward Armenia.
"If today Turkey strengthens Armenia's economy through its 'dumb diplomacy,' then this means that Azerbaijan did not achieve its end goal during the Turkish-Armenian protocols," Ahmadoglu said.
