A U.S. delegation led by Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asia Affairs Robert Blake will pay a state visit to Uzbekistan June 17 -18, a source in the governmental circles said.
The delegation includes Assistant Secretary for Democracy, Human Rights and Labor Michael Posner, and Kurt Donnelly, the Director for Central Asia at the National Security Council..
The delegation is expected to hold consultations with the Uzbek government and international partners working in the country.
