A final agreement on border delimitation between Azerbaijan and Russia will soon be signed, Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov told Trend.
"Negotiations between working groups have already ended," Khalafov said.
Agreements on the delimitation of the border and the apportionment of the Samur River borders were also achieved during negotiations with the Russian delegation.
The joint use of the Samur River's water resources is envisaged based on the 50-50 principle. A joint commission will be established for water resources management.
