Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev congratulated Kyrgyz President Roza Otunbayeva today on making a successful transition into the office, AzerTaj state news agency reported.
"I am confident that friendly and partnership relations between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan will continue to expand and develop according to the will of our people," he said. "I wish you health and success, and also prosperity for the Kyrgyz people."
