The Paris Commercial Court will announce a decision in the case of the Georgian Public Broadcaster (GPB) against the French Eutelsat July 12.
The French company ceased broadcasting the Russian-language First Caucasian Channel earlier this year. Eutelsat motivated its actions by saying the broadcasting leasing term had expired. The new station had been on the air for only two weeks.
The GPB demands the resumption of broadcasting and several million euro in fines.
