Azerbaijan President awards cultural figure

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed an order awarding Azer Rzayev the "Honorary Diploma of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic" for his merits in the development of Azerbaijani culture, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
