Azerbaijan will prepare the Code on Health, chairman of the Committee on Social Policy of the Azerbaijani Parliament Hadi Rajabli told media.
He said that the Codex on Health Care will be prepared by the committee soon.
"Now it is time to prepare the Health Code. Azerbaijan adopted many health laws on the basis of which it is possible to prepare a code," chairman of the committee said.
Before adoption of the Code on Health, Rajabli considers it essential to adopt the number of other laws.
The laws "Protection of patients' rights" and "Family doctor" must be taken, chairman of the committee said.
"After these laws are adopted, there will be no problems in preparation of the Health Code," Rajabli said.
