Georgian new draft constitution submitted to parliament

Chairman of the Georgian Parliament David Bakradze met with chairman of state constitutional commission Avtandil Demetrashvili today. The main theme of the meeting was a new draft Constitution, submitted to the parliament by the Georgian President.
Today, the parliament will create a special commission, which will provide a public discussion of the project. It will include MPs, experts and representatives of the executive power. The opposition will be represented there.
The commission will work within a month over those comments and recommendations to be expressed during the discussion.
