An Azerbaijani lawyer presented a book on Kosovo's independence this week in Baku.
Saadat Yusifova, who holds a PhD in legal sciences, presented the book titled, "The Unilateral Declaration of Kosovo's Independence, or The Expectations of International Law." The work addresses the legal aspects of Kosovo's declaration of independence.
Only last week, the U.N. International Court of Justice issued an advisory opinion on Kosovo's unilateral proclamation of independence.
