Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev signed an Executive Order allocating 10 million manat ($12.5m) for completion of the construction work at the National Flag Square in Baku, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
In accordance with the Presidential Order, the funds will be allocated from the President's Reserve Fund to Baku Mayor's Office.
