The brothers who have taken hostage a resident of Baku were detained.
Sabail district resident Ramin Mirzoyev called the police August 6 and said that his brother Bakhtiar Mirzoyev, with whom they live in one apartment, held hostage in Hovsan settlement because of the debt to the amount of 3,400 manat, the ministry said.
As a result of the operational-search measures conducted by Sabail District Police Department No 8, brothers Inglab, Ramin and Intigam Babayev were detained.
Bakhtiar Mirzoyev was held hostage by them.
A criminal case is under investigation.
