During the last governmental meeting Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedov called for scholars to work hard, official Turkmen sources said.
He said that scholars work little to harmonize a scientific thought with the modern requirements. They act slowly in introducing modern technologies, innovation in the science.
Deputy Prime-Minister Hidirli Saparliyev was instructed to eliminate the deficiencies.
The Turkmen leader restored Academy of Sciences. He instructed the scholars to use alternative energy sources, particularly solar and wind energy, actively. The technology park will be built in Ashgabat.
