Turkmen President Gurbangulu Berdimuhammedov expressed his condolences to India and China today after a series of natural disasters in the two countries.
Berdimuhammedov sent a letter of condolences to Chinese Communist Party General Secretary Hu Jintao after the recent landslides in the Gansu province, a Turkmen state press service reported.
He also expressed his condolences to Indian President Pratibha Devisingh Patil after the recent flooding in the country's northern regions.
Berdimuhammedov also extended his sympathy and support to the families and friends of the victims.
