The Center for Strategic Studies under the Azerbaijani President prepares reference for the parliamentary elections 2010 which reflects analytical views, the center said.
It is planned to publish five references, analyzing the stages of the political struggle for MPs' seats in the parliament before the end of the elections.
The first reference "Elections 2010. The preliminary stage of the parliamentary elections: Who is ready?" refers to the willingness of political parties, civil society, independent candidates, local and foreign observers to the next parliamentary elections to be held in Azerbaijan.
The parliamentary elections will be hold in Azerbaijan November 7, 2010.
