Azerbaijani Ambassador to Kazakhstan Zakir Hashimov presented his credentials today to Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev.
"Azerbaijan is our neighbor across the Caspian Sea, with which we are bound not only by our history, but also by close and friendly relations in economics and culture, which are based on our strategic partnership," Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
"We need to improve and develop these achievements and extend our cooperation," Hashimov told journalists. "During my stay in your country, I will make every effort to achieve this goal."
