British ambassador to Azerbaijan Carolyn Browne Sept.23-24 will attend an informational session in Nakhchivan, which is OSCE Baku Office’s initiative for heads of executive power and chairmen of district election commissions on the eve of the parliamentary elections. Carolyn Browne is scheduled to meet with representatives of political parties and local non-governmental organizations, the Embassy told Trend.

Great Britain's ambassador to Azerbaijan Carolyn Browne Sept.23-24 will attend an informational session in Nakhchivan, which is OSCE Baku Office's initiative for heads of executive power and chairmen of district election commissions on the eve of the parliamentary elections. Carolyn Browne is scheduled to meet with representatives of political parties and local non-governmental organizations, the Embassy told Trend.

During the two-day visit to Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Carolyn Browne will meet with the Rector of the Nakhchivan State University Isa Habibbeyli within the project, sponsored by the British Government and implemented by the British Council jointly with the University.

Parliamentary elections are scheduled for Nov. 7.
