Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhammadov has offered condolences to Tajikistan's President Emomali Rakhmon over an armed attack on the country's Defense Ministry's military convoy, which took place in the Rasht District and caused human casualties.
The President conveyed deep sympathy and support to the families and friends of the dead and survivors, the Turkmen Government said.
