No one has been arrested yet over fact of murder of the entrepreneur in the Khachmaz region of Azerbaijan, Azerbaijani Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov told journalists.
Garalov said the investigation into the fact of murder of Arzu Shopping Mall Director Najima Babayeva is underway. The senior officials of the Interior Ministry and Prosecutor General's Office have visited Khachmaz to investigate the fact.
Garalov said that the investigation is considering the various versions, each fact will be investigated and the criminal case will be disclosured.
Babayeva's dead body was found on Sept. 15 on the first floor of her home.
According to a preliminary version of the district police department, Babayeva died as a result of the fall. But the prosecutor's office' investigation found that the businesswoman was murdered by unknown persons.
