Azerbaijani opposition party plans to hold congress after elections

Azerbaijan Classic Popular Front Party (ACPFP) plans to hold the congress after the elections, ACPFP chairman Mirmahmud Miralioglu told Trend.

Azerbaijan Classic Popular Front Party (ACPFP) plans to hold the congress after the elections, ACPFP chairman Mirmahmud Miralioglu told Trend

"After the elections, we will clarify this issue. We will define in what regional departments of the party the conference will be held. We hope that we will hold the party's congress by the end of the year," said Miralioglu.

The parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan are scheduled for November 7, 2010. Previous parliamentary elections were held in November 2005. Parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan are held by the majority system in 125 constituencies.
