Washington will today host the inauguration meeting of the US-Georgia Charter on Strategic Partnership.
According to the Georgian Ambassador to the United States, Batu Kutelia, working group meetings have been already held. "The groups have developed specific plans and mechanisms for their implementation. These plans will be working issues in future years," he said.
Kutelia stressed that many meetings were held between the groups and tasks in this regard have been fulfilled both in Georgia and in the United States. The U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will lead inauguration meeting from the United States.
The Georgian delegation is headed by Prime Minister Nika Gilauri, who is already in the U.S.
