Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, Oct.10 / Trend N. Tanaev /
Members of election commissions in Kyrgyzstan because of their insufficient preparation for the elections can not cope with the volume of work, director of the NGO "Taza Shailoo" Aynura Usupbekova believes.
"We observe violations at 14:00. There is a great turnout. And the election commissions' members because of their insufficient preparation can not cope with the volume of work. In this regard, marking of voters is carried out improperly," Usupbekova told Trend.
In addition, she said at a polling station in Tash-Kumyr town in the Jalal-Abad region (south of Kyrgyzstan) applications are issued to voters, on which they vote, which is contrary to the law. According to the law besides the passport with residence any other document can not be used for voting.
It should be noted that earlier the CEC of Kyrgyzstan reminded that one can only vote on his place of residence.
The CEC has not yet commented on this fact.
