The question of release of the Georgian sailors, who were abducted by Somali pirates, by special operation will not be considered until there exist a possibility of dialogue, Georgian President's Spokesman Manana Manjgaladze said at the news conference today.
The Georgian Foreign Ministry, which is included in the negotiating process, daily informs President Mikheil Saakashvili about the issue, she said.
"Somali pirates demand a very large sum - $15 million for the release of our sailors. Today, the negotiations are under way to reduce the size of the ransom," Manjgaladze said.
