A film and a book, telling about the past, history and cultural ties of Tovuz region were presented.
The film and the book about past, history and cultural ties of Tovuz region and a musical composition about this region were presented in Tovuz region with the participation of MP Ganira Pashayeva.
The author of words of the musical composition is Ganira Pashayeva. Azerbaijani Honoured Artist Tunzala Agayeva composed the music. In her opening remarks, Türkel TV Director Tarana Abbasova said that the film and video clip, shot about Tovuz region, were debut of television channel. She said that Türkel TV has been operating since this summer. The TV channel, whch earlier operated under a different name, is broadcasted now in a different format.
Pashayeva said that the musical composition, dedicated to the region, is of a familiarization character. Historical monuments and cultural heritage of Tovuz region were shown in a seven-minute-video clip in the musical accompany.
The 30-minute-documentary gives information about the rich history and cultural past of Tovuz region.
The book by Professor Ziraddin Hasiyev "World of Tovuz's Toponyms" was presented at the event. MP Ganira Pashayeva wrote a foreword to the book.
