Astana to host Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan’s Intergovernmental Commission’s regular meeting

In the first decade of November Astana will host a regular meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation between Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani ambassador to Kazakhstan Zakir Hashimov told Trend.

In the first decade of November Astana will host a regular meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation between Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani ambassador to Kazakhstan Zakir Hashimov told Trend.  

"In the first decade of next month it is planned to hold the next meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation between Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan," Hashimov said.
 
According to him, the sides will sum up implementation of previously adopted directives, and lay down plans for the future.

The sides will focus on cooperation in oil and gas sector, agriculture and education.

In addition, according to the Azerbaijani diplomat, in November the Kazakh city of Aktau will host the next business forum "Kazakhstan-Azerbaijan".

"The two republics' business circles should discuss a wide range of issues, from joint business management to elimination of obstacles that emerge during work," Hashimov said.
