The Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister Nino Kalandadze stated about recall of Georgian consul from Austria. According to her, the consul Tamara Kikvidze coped with her professional duties in Austria very well, but in the diplomat's life, "there are many other things."
According to her, recall is related with another factor, but not with her work. "An inspection is underway; the General Inspectorate examines some circumstances. The Foreign Ministry will wait for the conclusion," Kalandadze told journalists Oct.19. Kalandadze didn't specify the "another factor".
Meanwhile, according confidential information, an incident took place in Austria involving the Georgian consul's son, who during a quarrel stabbed the Austrian citizen.
