The preparation and delivery of protocols and the ballot papers to constituencies and polling stations is carried out under special control in Azerbaijan, Central Election Commission (CEC) Secretary Natig Mammadov told journalists on Monday.
"The necessary conditions for storage of protocols and ballot papers have been created in all polling stations," Mammadov said.
The CEC has launched at 10 a.m. the distribution of the ballot papers printed in the country in connection with the upcoming parliamentary elections. "Eleven constituencies will receive protocols and ballot papers on Monday," he said.
The process of delivering ballot papers to the constituencies should be completed five days before the election in Azerbaijan. The polling stations will receive them for three days before the vote.
The parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan are scheduled for November 7, 2010. Previous parliamentary elections were held in November 2005. Parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan are held by the majority system in 125 constituencies.
