The preparation and delivery of protocols and the ballot papers to constituencies and polling stations is carried out under special control in Azerbaijan, Central Election Commission (CEC) Secretary Natig Mammadov told journalists on Monday.
"The necessary conditions for storage of protocols and ballot papers have been created in all polling stations," Mammadov said.
The CEC has launched at 10 a.m. the distribution of the ballot papers printed in the country in connection with the upcoming parliamentary elections. "Eleven constituencies will receive protocols and ballot papers on Monday," he said.
