An international information centre with regards to the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan was opened on Monday.
The main goal of the project is to support the representatives of the international media during the elections.
The center will provide daily information about the elections. Also the center will provide assistance to foreign journalists in accreditation, meetings with candidates and other participants of the electoral process.
The center contains all necessary conditions for foreign journalists arriving in Azerbaijan.
The parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan are scheduled for November 7, 2010. Previous parliamentary elections were held in November 2005. Parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan are held by the majority system in 125 constituencies.
