Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has inspected transfer and reconstruction work to be carried out at the Baku trade port, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
Chaired by President Ilham Aliyev, at the Cabinet of Ministers meeting on the socio-economic development over nine months of 2010, the Head of State said transfer and reconstruction work will be carried out at the Baku trade port.
The President said a new international trade port will be built in Alat settlement, and a park will be laid in the place of the old one. Baku boulevard will be extended in both directions. Head of State gave instructions to accelerate these activities.
