The Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies will hold the official closing and awarding graduates of a program to support political parties at 18.30 Oct. 26.
The project to support the political parties is a program supporting the development of Georgia's political institutions, which is implemented by the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies from 2008 with financial support of the British Embassy.
The project envisaged a 10-month study of the political parties on issues such as political sociology, political ideology and system, policy analysis, national security, Georgia's economy, the Euro-Atlantic integration, the EU, the strategy of public relations.
The first cycle of the project has successfully completed by 26 representatives from 11 political parties, the second cycle - 58 representatives from 15 political parties.
Leaders of political parties, as well as diplomatic missions and international organizations are invited to the presentation of the project.
The UK ambassador Judith Gough will address the meeting.
