Some 9.8 percent of voters have participated in the voting in Ganja as of 10:00.
As of 10:00, 14,602 (9.8 percent) voters participated in voting in Ganja, the district election commissions in Ganja told Trend.
There are four constituencies in Ganja: the 37th Nizami (Ganja) Constituency No.1, the 38th Nizami (Ganja) Constituency No.2, the 39th Kapaz (Ganja) Constituency No.1 and the 40th Kapaz (Ganja) Constituency No.2. The city recorded 148,861 voters.
Azerbaijan has today launched the parliamentary elections at 08:00 local time.
The Azerbaijani Central Election Commissionn (CEC) reported that 690 candidates will struggle in the elections.
Parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan are held by the majority system in 125 constituencies. Previous parliamentary elections were held in November 2005.
Ganja is located in 365 km west of Baku.
