Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili will appear before parliament with his annual address in February.

"The exact date of the President's speech before the parliament is still unknown, but presumably it will happen in February," Manana Manjgaladze, the president's spokesperson, said at a weekly briefing.

She said that at present, preparation of the president's report is underway.

"It will be a report before the people about the work done, future plans, the challenges facing the country, as well as the position of the first person in the country both on social, economic and international issues," Manjgaladze said.

According to her, the decision on Saakashvili's address in parliament was taken after the president's meeting with Parliamentary Speaker David Bakradze.
