A group of representatives from the British Parliamentary Inter-Parliamentary arrived in Georgia last night. Members of the delegation will visit parliament today and meet with MPs.
The British group said earlier that the visit is introductory and its members hope to get acquainted with Georgia on the ground.

A meeting with media representatives will be held today. Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in Georgia Judith Goff will hold an official reception for the guests at the end of the day.

Representatives of the British delegation will continue meetings on Tuesday. They will meet with representatives of the British Council, NGOs, Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies, Security Council Secretary Giga Bokeria, and the parliamentary majority and minority.
On Wednesday, the delegation members will also meet with representatives of the EU observation mission.
