The issue of Uryanoba and Hrahoba in Azerbaijan is under consideration.

The people have recognized the current situation in the villages, Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Vladimir Dorokhin said at a news conference.
He said the Azerbaijani authorities have considered this issue with great patience, understanding that it is talking about people's lives.
"We thank the Azerbaijani side for the constructive position with which they considered this issue," the ambassador said.
He said after the collapse of the USSR, people found themselves in an unusual situation. The Dagestani residents lived in the territory of Azerbaijan. But after the Azerbaijani and Russian sides negotiated, many of them realized the situation and decided either to accept Azerbaijani citizenship and stay in these villages or to live in Dagestan, remaining citizens of Russia.
He said that in this case Russia will fully cooperate with those who moved.
