Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili has congratulated Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan with his party's victory in the parliamentary elections.
He phoned the PM and wished him success. He stressed the importance of intensifying the cooperation between the two countries.
Turkey's ruling Justice and Development Party led by Erdogan won a convincing victory in parliamentary elections, gaining 50 percent of votes.
