According to the Greendberg Quinlan Rosner Reserch international organization, the ruling party is mainly supported in Georgia.

If there were elections this Sunday, about 61 percent of respondents would support the National Movement, 13 percent of respondents would support the Christian Democrats and 9 percent the Labor Party.

According to the poll, other parties left behind the electoral barrier gaining about 1-2 percent.

However, 77 percent of respondents positively evaluated the activity of President Saakashvili.

Giorgi Targamadze, the head of the parliamentary minority, is mainly supported among opposition leaders. He was supported by 21 percent.

It should be stressed that the leader of the radical Labour Party Shalva Natelashvili ranked second with 12 percent.
