President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has expressed his condolences to the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense and Aviation and the Inspector General of Saudi Arabia Sultan bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud.
"I was very saddened by knowing about the death of your spouse, Princess Monera bint Abdul-Aziz bin Mousad. I express my deepest condolences to you and members of your family with regards to this loss," the letter reads.
