The Azerbaijani Interior Ministry has spread information about crimes revealed during the operational activities of "Border - 2011" operation.
A pistol-type "revolver", four unregistered hunting rifles, a flare, a hand grenade and 347 various cartridges were found and confiscated in the Gusar region, the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry told Trend.
An "AKM" gun, a gas pistol, a hunting rifle, five grenades, five fuses and 539 various cartridges were also found and seized in the village of Verezet, Sheki region.
An "AKM" gun, one grenade and fuse, 64 cartridges and three magazines were found and seized in Gakh region, and about 886 cannabis bushes weighing 1.24 tons were found in the Oguz region.
The "Border - 2011" operation is held at the Azerbaijani-Russian border. It is planned to be completed on Sept. 25.
