President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today participated in the inauguration ceremony of 36-apartment residential building for Karabakh war disabled people and martyr families in country`s Gabala region.
The Head of State toured the building.
Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population Fuzuli Alakbarov told the President all conditions were created in the apartments.
President Ilham Aliyev met here with Karabakh war disabled people and martyr families and handed over them certificates for apartments and car keys.
