President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of congratulation to Albanian counterpart Bamir Topi on the country`s public holiday - the Flag Day.
The Head of State expressed hope Azerbaijan-Albania relations would always be developing and expanding on the bases of friendship and cooperation for the prosperity of the two countries` peoples.
President Ilham Aliyev wished Bamir Topi robust health, successes in his activities and friendly people of Albania peace and prosperity.
