A delegation led by Azerbaijani Parliamentary Speaker Oktay Asadov will participate in events dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS PA), parliamentary spokesperson Akif Tevekkyuloglu said on Monday.
MPs Arif Rahimzadeh, Rufat Guliyev, Salaev Haji, Rauf Aliyev and chief of staff Safa Mirzayev will participate at the celebrations in Almaty.
A number of meetings between Oktay Asadov and the heads of delegations of countries participating in the event is scheduled during the visit.
The current state of the CIS PA will be discussed at the meeting.
