The date and agenda of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic-Speaking Countries' (TurkPA) third plenary session have been confirmed.

The session will be held on June 14-15 in the Kyrgyz capital Bishkek, Secretary General Ramil Hasanov told Trend on Tuesday. During a session decisions and reports adopted by the organization's commission will be confirmed.

During the session the views of TurkPA observation mission on the elections in Kazakhstan, Turkey and Kyrgyzstan will be discussed, Hasanov said.

The Bishkek session will discuss cooperation with international organizations and the main directions of future cooperation will be set. During the session the Secretary General will make a report to TurkPA for 2011 and the first half of 2012 and the financial report for the periods indicated will be presented.

"The Bishkek Declaration will be adopted as the main document, which reflects the interests of the four countries that make up the TurkPA," the Secretary General said.

TurkPA was established in 2009 in Baku. It includes Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. The main purpose of TurkPA is mutual support of Turkic-speaking countries in international organizations, as well as exchange of experience in the legislative process. The Assembly was also established to preserve language, culture and history in the Turkic-speaking countries, strengthen political, economic and cultural ties between the member countries of the organization.
