Georgia will have new ambassadors to Kazakhstan and Norway.

The country's President has nominated David Mumladze to be Ambassador of Georgia to Kazakhstan, and Mamuka Tsikhelashvili - Ambassador to Norway.

This issue has been discussed at a meeting in the Parliament's bureau on Monday.

David Mumladze was born in 1964. At various times he was secretary of the Justice Council, Georgia's First Deputy Minister of tax revenue, the head of the administrative inspection of Tbilisi City Hall, a member of parliament, the governor of Imereti, the deputy interior minister.

Mamuka Tsikhelashvili was born in 1971. In 1997-2003 he worked in the Department of International Economic Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, in 2003-2007 he served as consul of the Embassy of Georgia to Armenia, and in 2007-2008 he was deputy director of the department of international economic, cultural and humanitarian relations of the Georgian Foreign Ministry. From January 1, 2009 he has served as director of the department.

This week, the Parliament will consider these nominations.
