Azerbaijani Interior Minister meets Bulgarian Deputy Interior Minister

Minister of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan colonel-general Ramil Usubov has received Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Bulgaria Veselin Vuchkov, who arrived on a visit to Azerbaijan in the delegation, headed by Prime Minister of Bulgaria Boyko Borisov, the Interior Ministry told Trend on Friday.

Minister of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan colonel-general Ramil Usubov has received Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Bulgaria Veselin Vuchkov, who arrived on a visit to Azerbaijan in the delegation, headed by Prime Minister of Bulgaria Boyko Borisov, the Interior Ministry told Trend on Friday.

The minister spoke about the difficult, but at the same time honored path traversed by the internal affairs bodies during the years of independence, noted the accelerated development of Azerbaijan as a result of the changes, the establishment of political stability, as well as the fact that the country has created all conditions for safe accommodation and activities of Azerbaijani citizens and foreigners.

It was stressed at the meeting that the visit of a high-ranking Bulgarian delegation to Azerbaijan will be successful and will contribute to the development of relations between the two countries, to further strengthening of relations between the relevant agencies.

It was noted that in late May, Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Tsvetan Tsvetanov will arrive in Azerbaijan on an official visit, as well as that there is a great potential for expanding cooperation between the interior ministries of the two countries.
