Bishkek is hosting a Turkic Speaking States Cooperation Council meeting, the official TurkPA website said on Wednesday.
A delegation headed by TurkPA Secretary General Ramil Hasanov is taking part in the second summit.
The meeting of the TurkPA foreign ministers will be held in the frame of the summit, which will be followed by the meeting of the heads of the states.
The TurkPA general secretary said the heads of states will speak about the assembly's activities last year at the summit.
Bilateral meetings between Hasanov, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, Kyrgyz Minister Ruslan Kazakbaevm, TURKKON Secretary General Ambassador Halil Akıncı and TURKSOY Secretary General Dusen Kaseinov have been planned.
The TurkPA secretary general is accompanied by his deputy Baktemir Ziyaddinov and Secretary for International Cooperation and Protocol Anar Rahimov.
