The newly appointed Ambassador of Turkey to Azerbaijan Ismail Alper Coskun will arrive in Baku on September 16, Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Hulusi Kilic told reporters on Thursday.
The ambassador noted that he would leave Azerbaijan on September 15, and on 16 September, the new ambassador will commence his work.
