Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov received the permanent representatives of the OSCE counties, press service of the Ministry told Trend.
At the meeting, the sides exchanged views on cooperation between Azerbaijan and the OSCE, situation in the region and the problems faced by Azerbaijan.
Mammadyarov told the guests about the current situation in the negotiations on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, said that the status quo is dangerous and unacceptable.
"The presence of the armed forces of Armenia in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan is the biggest obstacle to a peaceful settlement of the conflict, while conflict resolution is vital for security and cooperation in the region", Mammadyarov said.
